    Recently a lot of packages got stolen right after the reported delivery from apartment complex. My items got stolen three times now and the only items get stolen are when they are delivered by USPS. Something is wrong, it is either USPS guy taking the item back or they have some people on call to steal the items right a minute after delivering.

    The staff is extremely rude and the service is even slower. They have lost several of my packages over the past couple weeks and destroyed another completely. One shows as delayed for over a week (At the time of writing this review.) and another shows as delivered when it never was! I was even told it was scanned as delivered "Up the street according to the coordinates." But they refuse to help me at all! They call at extremely inconvenient times from a private number and if you can't answer they give you a service number no one will ever answer to call them back that assaults your ears with a high pitched tone after three or four rings. If you can answer you basically get told to "Just deal with it." They have lost or destroyed around $400 now and won't help me with filing claims, finding the packages, or even accepting responsibility. This is unacceptable!
