- KAK ANov 26, 20251.0This particular location is never staffed but by ONE counter person who moves at a snail's pace and likes to chat. Every transaction takes at least 10 minutes (I timed it) and 200 button punches like it's a space shuttle launch. At holiday time, they really ought to add another counter person and an express lane where folks with prepaid labels don't have to wait behind HP soccer moms who are mailing a shopping bag full of unstamped holiday cards to everyone they've ever known.

Being charged minimum $1.75 to tape up a small/medium size envelope that required one strip of tape is insane. Also, not entering the suite number on the official printed label + not allowing me to take a picture of the package just in case it gets lost or undelivered isn’t helpful. Fingers crossed for my package!
