- NSNatalie SherreeFeb 10, 20261.0Yes, this location has the rudest staff. Every time I go, there’s always some sort of hiccup. This time they wanted me to tape and have my package completely ready to go when all they have to do was tape on the label and tape up the side of the package. They claimed to not have any tape except for the tape they sell, which they want to sell for $16 as if I’m going to spend $16 on a package of tape for one singular small package when I know they have tape behind the counter and it would’ve taken them less than 30 seconds to do so especially when I was the only person there their staff is the rudest most inconsiderate Timewasters I’ve ever met and it should be a shame for them to work at the post office
- JWJohn WechslerJan 27, 20265.0For literally decades I used to dread going to this post office. The staff were extraordinary rude, unfriendly and intentionally slow. They would have been out of business if they were a private retailer. But the last 4 or 5 visits throughout 2025 it's like night and day. The employees are not touchy, freely, but they are very fast and very competent and they exude a service attitude. And when customers get to the counter and are not prepared, they set them up, ask them to step aside to complete filling out forms, and serve other customers in the meantime. As a result the waits are never long.

Every transaction takes at least 10 minutes (I timed it) and 200 button punches like it's a space shuttle launch. At holiday time, they really ought to add another counter person and an express lane where folks with prepaid labels don't have to wait behind HP soccer moms who are mailing a shopping bag full of unstamped holiday cards to everyone they've ever known.
