This post office is horrible. They need to fire the supervisor there. She is a rude woman. She lies. She doesn’t look up any information in the computer. She told me that I never filed a change of address. That’s why I wasn’t getting mail at my new home. it took three visits for them to tell me that my mailbox can’t be on the porch. It has to be on the curb so I finally put my mailbox on the curb and I got all of my mail even though she told me that it was all getting returned and that I would have to get new mail sent out from all the people that had been sending me mail as soon as my mailbox was put on the curb. I also got all of my forwarded mail. It wasn’t returned like she kept stating they are incompetent rude. They do not want to listen. This woman needs to be fired. So many people have commented on here. They lose mail and they leave notices for mail requiring signatures when it doesn’t even require one then it gets lost and you have to jump through hoops to try to get your mail. I knew they were going to be a problem. My first visit into this office when three people in front of me all had issues with the same supervisor and all she keeps doing is repeating condescending language and talking down to people when she really doesn’t even know what she’s talking about especially using vocabulary in an incorrect way.

I went today because I needed to do a coa verification. Chinta is rude and passive aggressive. If you ask for clarity, since.she can not explain herself correctly just be ready for conflict. I could not verify the coa because she wanted my lease, I have a mortgage. I sold my house today and wanted my mail sent to my po box. She told me I can't get a po box. I mentioned I am homeless, I am saying this since I sold my.house but I am not on the street. This woman called me homeless like 4 times. I Told her I already had a po box, I wasn't even there for that. She told me yeah at that point office a lot of homeless people have a po box there. Idk all I know i got off of work early and all she did I make me wonder why in the heck does she work at the post office. She needs to work the back and not at the front. When I was looking at the address to do a complaint I see this location has 1.6 stars so I decided to add to it. Sunny seemed fine. She actually made him come off of his lunch break early. I am still trying to figure out why would the po need the address information for an address that I am not changing? Can anyone answer that for me? I had the information for the address that I was changing.

The employees there are so rude. One employee in particular is so short when I ask her questions. I don’t like for her to wait on me. If she’s the only one at the front desk and turn around and leave. I use to work for the PO and I still have family members that work for the PO. I know that this is a stressful job. But we are still customers in need of service.
