    I wish I had checked the reviews before coming to this location. The staff are quite rude, both the one that “helped” me and the other one working at the counter. I understand public service jobs are difficult but attitude helps, and these people do not have it. Their tone with each customer was short and not kind, and they had only been open for 30min. I can’t imagine how they respond near the end of their shift. If you plan to go, I hope you don’t have any questions, know exactly where you need to go, and you have everything prepared correctly.

    There customer service very bad and I'll be honest, not all of them just the black old lady every time i come to pick up the mail her attitude is not professional. And in general every time comes to pick up the mail they tell me come next week even when i have on my notification says i have mail. Totally bad customer service 👎

    Terrible customer service and very rude staff at this location. The older woman with the short braided bob and glasses—Marilyn—should not be working in a customer-facing role. When I raised my concerns with the manager, he told me he didn’t care about Google ratings and that “USPS is the way it is and won’t change.” That response was incredibly disappointing. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. I won’t be returning.

    I had an appointment scheduled for a passport application, but when I arrived the door was locked with no notice or signage explaining why. There was no email or message saying the office would be closed or unavailable, even though the website showed it as open. It was frustrating to arrive on time and not be able to get assistance, especially in cold weather. Clear communication or updated hours would really help prevent this from happening to others
