This is the only Post Office in the Dallas Metroplex that actively refuses to put people on the floor to work. Every time I come there’s only 1, rarely 2 workers actually helping customers despite the 8 lanes. Maybe if I’m lucky there’s a 3rd. HIRE MORE PEOPLE? They’ve had the “We’re Hiring” sign hanging for 2 years but I’ve been dealing with the same 2 clerks. Maybe try hiring more people? It’s disrespectful to the customers trying to use the service, and ruins the USPS reputation. It’s a humiliation ritual both for customers with long waits, unorganized operations, and clearly burnt out staffers. And a nightmare for workers to be there right now with constant influx of customers with no backup, no assistance, and people of all different backgrounds getting frustrated at a few integral workers. HIRE PEOPLE PLEASE OR TAKE THE SIGN DOWN YOURE LYING TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC

Not necessarily about this specific store, but I always have issues with delivery, missing packages or lack of updates. Its incredibly challenging to reach out to somebody or utilize a service to communicate with for a resolution to any given issue.

Two weeks of interrupted mail service. Multiple First-Class items (medical, insurance, financial) scanned in Informed Delivery and processed by USPS did not get delivered locally. Outgoing flagged mail was pushed back into the mailbox and not collected. Station called me instead of responding to email complaint and a staff member said, ‘Do you want to complain or do you want your mail back’ — I consider that retaliatory. Filed FOIA (#2026-FPRO-00145), OIG complaint, PRC complaint, and Consumer Affairs case. This is a serious service failure affecting medical and financial mail — avoid relying on local delivery until addressed.
