I’ve never shipped out a package myself but was giving her the information needed to ship the package and she kept being curt and rude. I just needed one second to find the QR code for her to scan and she was already pushing my package off the scale and handing me my receipt for the envelop. I ended up needing to go back in line and waiting again and got her again this time with my QR code in hand, she scanned it and told me it was ringing up as an unknown code. When I asked her what was I doing wrong no or how I could surpass the issue she again pushed my package towards me and was already telling me to have a good day. I work service myself and I understand we have our rough days where we don’t want to deal with people but genuinely the worst and worst service I’ve ever received anywhere.

Every single time, without fail, they send my packages back to the seller instead of delivering them. Even worse, when I go there in person to pick up my own packages, they tell me they already slapped a return label on them and then refuse to give me my property. This is beyond frustrating. it's unacceptable and completely unprofessional. There is zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero effort to fix repeated mistakes. This location is a disaster, and the staff clearly does not care about doing their jobs correctly. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or sanity.
