- CMC. Vazquez (Miguel)Jan 19, 20261.0Recently the times for PO Box access has been reduced to business hours and it was not communicated to clients. I chose this post office due to it previously having 24/7 access to PO Boxes. I will be terminating my PO Box agreement.

Coming from the UK, I expected a similar standard of customer service, but what I received was shocking. The staff were unhelpful and came across as rude, and I was not given enough information about the process. The service was slow, and it felt like there was little effort to actually assist customers. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below the standard I would expect.
