- DADeeDee AnnFeb 24, 20261.0This is hands down the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. They constantly deliver packages to the wrong addresses and seem to hire inexperienced employees who clearly don’t care about doing their jobs properly. I received a delivery notification saying my package had been delivered, but when I checked, nothing was there. I caught the mail carrier outside just minutes later and asked him about it. He admitted he had delivered my package to the wrong house — a few houses down from mine. I explained that our addresses always get mixed up and even showed him my delivery notification, then asked him to go back and make sure the package actually belonged there. He was completely unhelpful and made no effort to retrieve my package. When I checked with my neighbor, they said they never received anything. Now my package is missing, and no one is taking responsibility. This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Something seriously needs to change with their delivery practices and customer service.
