    I never get my mail or packages and when I go up there to tell them about it they tell me to catch the mailman and ask him about it.

    The Front desk area was completely empty when I arrived. It was only 3:00 p.m. I needed to send off a package. I could not. Not good management.

    Worst customer service ever, they’ll have you waiting at least 30 mins + for at least ONE employee to come out and actually help customers & even then she has an attitude when answering questions to people. You can hear other employees chatting & laughing in the back so clearly she’s not alone but a line going out the door doesn’t matter to them they will have you waiting.
