First of all, the new photos, provided by the U.S. Postal Service are NOT of this location. In fact, they are so hilariously different from the real thing, that I genuinely laughed out loud when I saw them. I feel like the overwhelmingly negative reviews of this Post Office location need to be better framed. It is ridiculously understaffed, but the people who work here are doing their best. If you are polite and offer a bit of understanding for their situation, they will generally go above and beyond. It’s hard for anyone to want to help rude and abusive customers. Give them a smile and ask nicely with some patience. It’s worth remembering that the person you’re about to be rude with likely has nothing to do with your core problem. On the other hand, it’s entirely possible that they are the only person who can help you solve it. I’ve never seen anyone from the immediate surrounding community be hateful or abusive to the employees here. The only people I see acting this way are the entitled snobs coming in from Uptown. I live in Uptown, so it stings a bit to have to say that. You’re not visiting a foreign country; these are your neighbors, too.

They ask you to call to figure out why they can't deliver your package and they NEVER answer the phone. Post offices hours are during people work hours and they just don't answer the phone to even help people. It's disorganized and I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

They "attempted" to deliver, we were 4 persons at home and not even the dog outside was barking, didn't even use the doorbell (cuz yes, there is one), THEY DIDN'T TRY TO DELIVER cuz it was heavy (40lb of dog food THAT I NEED) and of course, I'm not having my money back right away because they are waiting for me to PICK IT UP FROM THE POST OFFICE using a "final notice", thanks for your poor service, it's not the first time something like this happened. Another thing is, your useless paper shows SAT 9 a.m.-2 p.m., I'm writing this on Saturday (sábado) at 12:31, Google says they closed at 12 today so now I'm stuck with NOTHING, you should AT LEAST fix the hours to be consistent on the paper, website and office.

Went today 08/18/25 and the service was exceptional!!! Walked in water patiently and got assisted by the cashier. I actually had a flat rate box which was pricey to ship a light 1 item. I asked what else I could do to bring the cost down. That’s when the female cashier suggested another method and helped me. It was more work for her to show me the correct box to use and she didn’t have an attitude about it either. The lobby was getting busy and the female post master came from the back and thanked us all for waiting patiently and got more employees to come to the front to assist us. I was so happy to have this great moment of except superb customer service there today!!
