Absolutely atrocious service. Customer service was so rude after I had waited patiently in line. Strongly encourage anyone to make the trip down the street to another location where one is treated with respect.

My experience was absolutely horrible. I was trying to mail two international packages. Typically, I go to the Addison location and have had awesome service there for the past 25 years. Trying to get the packages out today, I went to Trinity Mills bc they closed later at 1 pm. The postal service employee asked me to do several things I’ve never had to do. I thought it was going to be easy. Having had done this a couple dozen times before and to save time, I had all of the paperwork filled out and ready to go ahead of time. It was going to my daughter in the Netherlands. It was such a negative exchange that by the time we got to the next parcel, and she wanted to put me through more unnecessary hoops, I brought the transaction to a close. The postal service employee was clearly not happy with me, so I said, “Let’s not do this. I’ll just go to my regular post office in Addison on Monday.” Then I waited 5 minutes, while she tried to pull off the mailing label. I nicely said, “You’ve taken away the address and barcode, so it’s not going anywhere.” Then, I proceeded to wait longer, while she was sure to get every sliver of the mailing label that had been there. For an efficient, positive experience in shipping international, I would recommend customers go to the Addison location on Airport Pkwy. They know what they are doing, are thorough and kind. They also have passport services there as well, you just have to make an appointment ahead of time. 😊

They don’t have any address change forms, so they send you to the website so you can pay. I called Addison and they said they have plenty. Making a customer spend money for a free service because you’re lazy and don’t want to pick any up from another station is horrible customer service. Someone from this location can go to Addison and pick up some!!!!!! I see why they have one star 🌟
