I had to give 1 star to leave a review. I was not surprised to have been turned away or pay a $21 fee/each for my money orders I no longer needed and purchased ~5-6 months ago from this same location. God forbid brains are used so i simply print out wherever in the usps website a price or policy or procedure is listed if I need help or have requests because I get it- sometimes it's someone's first day on the job or maybe it's just their Monday. Though to have my original money orders, purchaser copies AND the printed receipt AND the same bank card used and last 4 printed on the receipt and to provide the money order FAQ section that gives some insight into the process of replacing or refunding money orders and I even emailed and waited 3 days for a response to be certain that I was able to either return the money orders I made out to "It doesn't matter who its made out to if I purchased them" for either a replacement money order to make out to myself and/or cash them since even an earthworm could have seen oh this is the purchaser as he has all documentation and proof but without telling you why im straying from simple process and procedures im going to get a manager to eat up 45 minutes with what sounded like the original window agent who sold me the money orders. God what happens if they move or quit and find a lazier non customer facing job where they belong? Despite all this I mostly just gave them 1 last chance before opening a mailbox with ups. BTW if you're the purchaser you can also just write or "your name" and your bank will take them for deposit because again, I was and am and always will be the purchaser and my handwriting even matches. gO fIGuRe. Maybe if people stop going they'll put something more useful in that building space.

May as well assume that that can’t deliver anything. UPS, FEDEX, Amazon, and everyone else can figure out how to deliver to an apartment leasing office, but not these guys. DOGE should just get rid of USPS employees altogether since they just collect a paycheck and don’t actually seem to care.
