He was clearly hard of hearing, and she was getting very frustrated that he was having a hard time understanding her while she was wearing a mask and spouting unclear directions. What a cruel joke. If you don’t want to watch people be humiliated by jerks on a power trip, go to another post office.

I go out of my way to avoid the USPS on Markville Drive when at all possible so that I can go to this one in Lakewood. When I bring my packages in, DJ and Rosalyn are always very helpful and process my packages quickly. I treat them with respect, and they return the favor.
