Employees are sarcastic and rude, to be honest I would never step foot in a USPS office again if I wasn’t returning something

Their staff member, Prinl Feboalh, searched all the mailboxes in my apartment building and found my passport! Many thanks to Prinl and the supervisor at this store location. Great work ethic and very helpful!

It isn’t the Post Office I am concerned about. The problem is misdelivery and/or lack of delivery which is a chronic problem. I live in a small 8-unit with a main mailbox. One day last week, I assume the carrier lost his key and delivered 10 days worth of late mail stuck in my door jamb. I called a contact I had spoken with before, and both phone and texts met with radio silence. That is fine; I escalated it with a complaint (written) to USPS direct. Harder for them to ignore a complaint from the chain of command. Stay tuned!

I want to highlight the excellent service of Mr. Felix who works at the USPS post office. He has always been very kind, helpful, and respectful. He speaks both English and Spanish, which makes communication much easier, and he never shows any racist or discriminatory behavior. On the contrary, he always listens to me patiently and helps me with everything I need. 🙌 He makes me feel very safe and confident when he is working, because I know I will receive fair and humane treatment. People like him make a difference and deserve to be recognized.
