We notified Amazon and they agreed to redeliver but unfortunately they used this location again and the same thing happened. We came today to pick up the package and we were told that they could not give the package to us because they could not find it and that the person in charge left earlier. We left our work early to make sure we could make it on time...Not sure why USPS has not addressed this situation, clearly many of us keep getting bad experiences from this location.

Despite my inadequate degree of preparation and usefulness and my goal to receive my package, Felix was able to adapt and sort out my situation while adhering to all usps standards and processes. This degree of Dedication to Assisting customers and intelligent application of problem solving is a first I've ever seen from this USPS or really any government employee. I'm sure this guy has some kind of background that follows him but it would massively benefit this post office to professionally invest in and reward this guy for his diligence and professionalism. No, I don't know him personally or anything, merit deserves to be recognized. Good work and Keep it up Felix
