He left a card for me to pick up my certified mail at the Post office on Royal Ln. I drove all the way there only to be told I should go to the post office on Sommerside. I stood for 45 minutes waiting to address my concerns with PM Mike Gonzalez and was told that he is looking for the mail. What is there to look if it’s out with the carrier again. Both carrier and Post Master don’t seem to know what they are doing. The front clerk took my phone number and assured me that the post master will call me. Didn’t receive a call from him. Maybe it is a good idea if this entity is privatized. AWFUL SERVICE, Very disappointed tax-payer
