30 yrs no problem. Suddenly, my check from my city, and only my check, takes extra weeks to arrive after being received by others around the US. Everytime I inquire.. I received it, by itself, the next day. Psyops, maximum pressure or technical issue? You decide. Fix the issue, I will remove 1 star rating and post. 🫡 & God Bless

Worst customer service. The so called Post Master Mike Gonzalez won’t even take time to talk to a customer. The mail carrier is also incompetent. He left a card for me to pick up my certified mail at the Post office on Royal Ln. I drove all the way there only to be told I should go to the post office on Sommerside. I stood for 45 minutes waiting to address my concerns with PM Mike Gonzalez and was told that he is looking for the mail. What is there to look if it’s out with the carrier again. Both carrier and Post Master don’t seem to know what they are doing. The front clerk took my phone number and assured me that the post master will call me. Didn’t receive a call from him. Maybe it is a good idea if this entity is privatized. AWFUL SERVICE, Very disappointed tax-payer

If I could give this post office less than one star I would. I opened a post office box there foolishly thinking that it would be a more secure way to receives payments for my home based business. They are solely responsible for losing more than 15 separate checks because they failed to do their job and update their system internally. Myself and my husband made no less than 10 visits inside and called the complaint/issues hotline numerous times with no resolve. It wasn't until I contacted the Texas Attorney General office that it was corrected. It cost me countless hours of my time and ended up waiting months for everything to resolve. Not all the checks were returned and I had to pay some of the issuing parties fees to stop payment. I should also mention the complete lack of professionalism by their so called "supervisor". At no point did he or anyone else at this facility take ownership for their error....human error. I have since closed my PO box there and recommended others to never utilize this location.

I’ve been in many U.S. post offices and this one is by far the best managed.
