Honestly terrible. They lost or took my medication and are claiming that the packaging was probably stolen from my box. The only ppl with access to my box are them, my apartment complex, & me. Who can still something that was “placed in a secure mailbox”? They’re literally the worst and refuse to accept accountability for their negligence. I’m honestly infuriated

Held my package without movement for over 10days. Had to call corporate to get them to release it. Get here charged me additional $10 for my prepaid delivery. For a package four weeks late. I go to pay. It gives me an option to review their service. The receptionist stretches her hand over to review herself positively.
