Very rude, in the way she would speak to the man who worked there. Her energy was so bad I definitely won’t come back here just because of her. Instead of her helping customers since there was a few of us in there, she makes 2 school aged girls (still wearing school uniforms) start helping. One was behind the register & the other scanning labels. Whoever she is, she does NOT need to be working with people.

He was an absolute gem—super friendly, genuinely helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He revived my device quickly and efficiently, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he really went out of his way to make sure I left happy. Great customer service and a great person. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re at UPZ—10/10 experience! Thank you again! 🙌
- EEEvelynJan 10, 20261.0If the lady who was working when I went had any common sense, she would have serviced the self-return machines faster. The only reason there was such a huge line was because she didn’t service them. Yes it might take her 5-10 minutes but this would have decreased the amount of people waiting. I even personally changed out the labels because they had run out. Did the machine work after that? No. Expect to be here for a long time waiting. If those machines had been serviced, there honestly wouldn’t be such bad reviews.
