Change your website, as this is frustrating to check beforehand, get there and you are closed. This wasn’t only me either, four more people showed up and were just as aggravated as I am.

I travel downtown to find a close enough UPS store to the area so this one pop up. I have prepaid label and it box but this location try charge me for just dropping off package. They reported to me , this service is just a privilege for the hotel guest. I'm like, how can you advertise yourself as real UPS store but have those restrictions and try charge multiple fee the other UPS store doesn't? They just look at me say that is how this one does business. So I took my business to a real UPS store and I don't recommend me this location. Save yourself the headache an travel outside the area, unless your desperate and have extra money to waste on services the real UPS store will do for free.
