Since when did UPS start charging for sending a package with a prepaid label? And the excuses simply because it's located inside of a hotel they're going to charge

I should read reviews before going here. It’s really true. They charge $10 per package. Even if it’s a prepaid shipping, you have the label and even if Amazon has told it’s free no box no label required no fees, but they charge $10 per package. If it’s less than 10 LB at three packages And the total charge was $30. I was so shocked. I walked up to the store because the usual UPS store I go to which is at 1777 Akkad Street was closed on Sunday. That’s also in a hotel Fairmont hotel. The staff here told me that they charged this fee because this UPS is inside a hotel. I do not this, doesn’t make sense at all. The staff member was really polite, so I can’t say anything bad about that, but it’s the scan that the hotel and I think the UPS store is running by charging this much really really disappointing. I had There was no way I was paying $30 for three packages. I wanted to return to Amazon, which should have been for absolutely free.

HB was kind enough to stay after the store closed, so I could drop off my package. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Definitely justifies having a ten dollar drop off fee.

If only I could use this UPS store to handle all of my printing and shipping! The gentleman who manages this location (his name started with an H) is so organized and efficient. I honestly didn’t have my stuff together when I requested the printing work he did for me, but he was patient and helped me figure it out and got it done within minutes. Excellent service - this is how you run a UPS store!
