Unfortunately, the staff at this location often act visibly annoyed when I arrive, including making faces, talking under their breath, and offering little to no assistance. I’m always polite — I’ve even brought cookies and donuts for the team — but the attitude hasn’t changed. Because of how I’ve been treated here, I now drive to other UPS locations much farther from my home, even though this one is right next door. I understand shipping can be stressful, but basic courtesy and professionalism with customers should be standard.
