Never been charged at other locations. Was told each are individually owned. I suggested they disclose how much something costs when a customer inquiries about a service before doing it. Go to the location off Forrest & Royal, they don’t charge for this type of label printing.

I went down the street to the other UPS location and there was no extra charge, plus they helped me bring the boxes in. They are also open till 8 pm. This is not the first time I had an unpleasant experience at this Lover's Lane location. Never again.
