From the moment I approached the counter, I was not greeted or welcomed. I was told only to “scan this,” without any explanation. When I asked a simple question — which barcode I was supposed to scan — I was met with attitude. When I tried to clarify, Jared became argumentative and accused me of giving him attitude, when I was simply asking for help and trying to understand the process. This was an uncomfortable and unnecessary interaction, especially for what should have been a routine transaction. Customers should not feel talked down to or blamed for asking basic questions. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope this is addressed, as this level of service reflects very poorly on your store.
