Have to contact the retailer to get refund and then they send in a claim. Luckily I keep receipts and follow up. If you contact the store they say can’t help because it wasn’t a label provided by them. Also Happy Returns haven’t made it to destination. Very suspicious….and clearly won’t be using this particular store again.
