    I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The store manager, Victor, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He assisted me with opening a mailbox service and took the time to explain everything clearly. Every time I need help, he’s friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable service and great customer support

    I went to the store. There was no one in the line. Ups representative (skinny guy with highlighted hair) was freaking out like he was under an influence. I said: "take a deep breath, relax." He asked what I said. I did repeat. He got all combatitive.

    Victor helped me get a package sent out. Went above and beyond to ensure it’s the right place, and gave me some tips on tracking. Victor is the man!! Highly recommend this location because of their superior customer service!

    When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all. This location has a known pattern of inconsistent customer service, and unfortunately my experience reflected that. Victor showed an attitude from the moment I asked how to print. He directed me where to email the document, which I did. I explained that I sent two versions and needed to review them before printing multiple copies. Instead of allowing me to confirm which version I needed, he handed the documents to me with an attitude and said, “Those are your docs, so you want me to print three of these?” I repeated that I needed to look at them first, and he dismissed me and told me to “go over there” in a rude tone. The lack of professionalism was very clear. This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve had at a UPS Store, and I will not be returning. Customers who do not fit a certain “look” should not have to prepare themselves for disrespectful treatment. I am not someone who typically calls for disciplinary action, but Victor’s conduct raises serious concerns. I am clearly not the only customer who has reported issues — prior public reviews reflect similar complaints. To the owner of this UPS Store: Victor’s behavior is harming your business and your reputation. When I mentioned that I would be sharing my experience on Google Reviews, he responded, “Do you think I care?” That level of disregard for customer feedback is extremely alarming and should be addressed promptly to protect your business and improve customer experience. With all of these complaints I cant understand why this man is still here !!! Must be part owner , friends of the owner or family ! This is absolutely ridiculous! See other reviews im not the only one
