I had a great experience at this UPS Store. I came in to set up a mailbox and the entire team was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I came from the location off 75 & Meadow which recommended this location, as they had no mailboxes available. One of the employees (the guy with the blonde hair!) went above and beyond to make sure I got the right size box for my needs and answered every question without rushing me. He was also genuinely kind — he listened, made me feel understood, and made what could’ve been a stressful errand feel easy. He even reassured me that if my box ever gets too full, they’ll give me a call. Personal note: Lost my home due to toxic mold & mycotoxins due to others negligence. Been in an ES for a year, which just announced its closing & we have to be out the week after Thanksgiving. It’s also the 1 year anniversary of losing my previous home that I owned & basically all belongings. SO, while it may seem like “just a mailbox,” it’s actually a stability and place from which to rebuild. Highly recommend this location. Really good people who take the time to help!!

Same as the comment below. Arnold is snippy and has an attitude. October 27th, Lacks social queues and makes the experience like grinding your teeth. Skinny older man with gray hair and glasses did not conduct himself well at all.

I have been coming to this location for a long time and mostly never an issue and nice staff. Today nothing but complete rudeness. A skinnier old guy with gray hair working at 9:30 on sept 27 was exceptionally rude. From the moment I walked in he was snippy and angry. I asked for a quote to ship a box one I know I tested online to ship for $20 and somehow he turned it into $54 and then into $100. It wasn’t the price, the price is the price. It was his attitude. I asked him 4 times to break down the price what was shipping and what was insurance. Apparently this was the hardest thing he was ever asked to do. As this made him more angry and more snippy. Update just looked other reviews and multiple people complaining about the same guy! Fire him! I’ll never be back to this location as long as that guy is working. I do a lot of business there so maybe that is something to consider in taking action. I told him to his face that he was being rude which didn’t bring an apology but instead more attitude and snapping back. Told him I’d go to FedEx. This guy has no place working in customer service. But him on a truck where he doesn’t deal with people or working the warehouse. Horrible service
