The associate I spoke to wasnt sure of the answer so he placed me on a brief hold to confirm the answer with a co-worker. He returned to the phone with the information as requested and I came into the store briefly after and was able to ship the phone without any issues. If I ever need any thing shipped via UPS again I will come to this location, it is worth the 20 minute drive for me for excellent customer service!

The man working behind the counter refused to tape the box shot in front of me but scanned in my label. Is this store trying to commit package fraud? Because that’s what it felt like. I have been to hundreds of UPS stores and never experienced this before and I won’t be returning to this location.
