This lack of professionalism resulted in a significant waste of time. It is evident that the employees require better training, or alternatively, this location should be closed.

She looked right at me holding the box, said nothing, and continued to do whatever she was doing. Another customer walked in after me, and they walked right up to the very nice customer service associate who was at the register right beside her. I asked Tiffany if she was open, and she said, “No,” and mumbled something under her breath, but I couldn’t tell what she said since she had a mask on. I told her that she could have told me that she was closed as she saw me just standing there waiting, and that that was very rude. She said nothing. It was the worst customer service I have ever received at any UPS store. Keeping that in mind, I will never return to this location. The only reason that I am giving it 2 stars instead of one is because the other sales associate who ended up checking me out was so very helpful and kind. Tiffany should not be a manager, as she seems to hold absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Plus, she projects a very bad attitude for this store.
