I called 3 times and was connected to standard UPS help center which I confirmed is located in India. The only response the Indian service can give is your package will be there or call the local store. I called the local store as soon as they opened and 4 hours later they still had not filed my claim so I can call brain a claim number and instead told me they were to busy and would get to it when they can. The associate also put the call phone down and never came back to the phone. I talked to my local driver and he said all he could do was give me the same customer care number that n India. The store is the only one who can open the claim and has refused to do something in a timely manner. They asked for management and was left on hold. I’ll be seeking just compensation as this delay will cost me thousands in revenue. No reason for delay has been given in 4 days.

I walked out and forgot my purchase and they had already reached out before I could reach the parking lot. Alex & Branden offer old fashioned customer service & I will only use this location going forward, you can tell they genuinely care for their customers.
