  Incompetent staff! I went in ship a laptop and asked for a laptop box but was told they didn’t have any- the lady handed me a regular box and a piece of cardboard that she said people used for shipping laptops but “ I’ve never used it so I don’t know if it works”. Anyway, I took it back home and found that the box was the wrong size for the cardboard holder and had to go back to exchange it. Also, the store is a mess! I would have gone to the FedEx store down the street that’s a lot more professional, but unfortunately I had a UPS label already printed .

  OUTSTANDING customer service. We had a tricky package and Cheryl went so far above & beyond helping us, we lost sight of her. She just helped us in understanding UPS regulations, even suggesting a better way to pack our items. Really, truly AMAZING service. We walked in as customers and walked out feeling so well cared for...I wanted to hug her! Thanks so much!

  Walked in at 2:59pm to get something in the mail and the employees claimed to be closed. Posted hours have the store open until 3pm.

  The representative at this tore located on Royal lane in Dallas had the worst attitude and customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be returning to this location
