- JMJohn mauldin6 days ago1.0Just wasted over an hour of my life here on customer support with Verizon because the lady working didn’t know how to correctly process a return and was asking me for information that wasn’t necessary. Called the UPS store at 10455 n central expressway and the employee there immediately confirmed she was wrong, explained to me what to do, at which point I had to go inside and tell her how to do her job. Can confirm the bad reviews are accurate. I just moved down the street from this location and I will always be driving out of my way to go to a different store.
