  I’ve use this UPS location for the last 8 years, and I’ve never had any bad experienced. The customer service at this Location is always Above and Beyond. They’ll always try their best to get you in and out. They’re so fast!! Thank you Charisse, Carrington and Darius for always having the best Customer service. Highly Recommended.

  I had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store thanks to Charisse, Carrington, and Darius. They are without a doubt the most professional people I have ever met in this kind of business. From the moment I walked in, they were courteous, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, handled my shipment with great care, and made sure all my questions were answered. Their efficiency and attention to detail truly set them apart. Plus they like skyrocket burgers. It’s rare to find a team that combines such high professionalism with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Charisse, Carrington, and Darius represent the highest standard of customer service. Highly recommended.

  I would like to brag on Charisse and Carrington over at the Preston Rd UPS Store! Above and beyond true genuine customer service every time. Such a blessing every time my family and I enter the building. These two have been a blessing to do business for the past 2 + years. I feel like they are my neighbors and I can't wait to conversate with them any time one is not there I ask the other about he or she. As do our children do the same. They deliver Carrington and Ms. Charisse' greetings to me any time they go grab the mail. I come all the way from the other end of Plano to do business at this location. From Notary, to trademark design, to printouts on resume paper, to shipping and business PO Box needs and more, They have been there for us and invested and in from beginning through to completion. I was nice to mee and be greeted by a new face today along with Carrington and Ms. Charisse by Trinity. Welcome and you are amongst the best of the best here! Blessings, D.
