I was called “Entitled” by a young man who would not help with my Amazon returns and directed me to a self service kiosk. The Store was completely empty with three employees not doing anything. When told I had to do my returns at the self service kiosk I asked for help by one of the staff. When an associate finally stepped in to help, the young man said I was an “E” person. I asked him what that was. And he said. ENTITLED. Not acceptable. This has been my UPS store for many years and I was always welcomed by name! Thought leadership should be aware. Tuesday Nov 18 around 340pm if you want to check your store tapes.
