I am disabled and they always offer to help me with my large packages. They are both pleasant, courteous , professional and friendly! If it wasn’t for Siara and Sheila, I may have not stayed at this location for so long! I have been going here since 2016 and I pass other UPS store locations to go to this one! I’m a retired consultant and these two employees are always ready to help!

The two ladies that currently work there are very rude and act like they are bothered by having to assist customers. If they don't want to assist customers - they should find a job in a different industry. The customer service at this location definitively needs improvement.
