  This place deserves ZERO stars!! I’m still in shock by the way I was treated here. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always been treated respectfully. After tonight, NO MORE! I will tell everyone in HP and UP about my experience. The man who does notary’s stated he doesn’t do them in the afternoons and definitely not after 5pm because he has closing work to get done. Seriously? I’m paying you to notarize my forms and you refuse!!? No customers were in the store. By the way, when you ask if a notary is on staff, the actual notary won’t say yes. I asked him TWICE if the store had a notary at that moment and he just stared at me. Just because I’m a female doesn’t give him permission to disrespect me.

  What a wonderful UPS location!!! Sheila and Chris are the best, they will get your packages to the destination on time. Trust me, you can trust them!!

  Christina at the Luther lane location was such a wonderful help to make sure my two Amazon packages arrived safely. I truly appreciate her professionalism and friendly cute personality.

  Love this UPS store, I shipped stuff a lot, and I always choose to ship from here because the staff are so helpful. Tony is especially great, helps unload if needed, super informative and has even asked about previous orders going through okay. I’ll keep coming back!
