    After reading some the reviews on Ryan. I have to say that I'm really glad I gave it shot. It was my first time here at this location. Ryan assist it me right away and I can tell he is a fast and hard worker. Some folks may not get it but he is all about taking care of his customers and providing them with helpful information, making sure he gets you in and out. I loved that, I am grateful for the speedy and accurate service Ryan provided. Especially in my condition I have foot/back pain and I'm super satisfied I was in and out of there. I was in line but it didn't take me long before he attended me. I'm just impressed it's hard to find great service. The place is nice and clean. I also, appreciated the complementary treats for pets and there were some for humans. Btw my pets loved the treats. 🐾 Thank yOu again Ryan for the great customer service you provided today and for answering my question. I will refer my family and friends to this location. Have a blessed year. ⭐👍

    UPS in this location lost my 2,500$ worth package ,it’s been 2 months & nothing has been solved . I sent my drop off package and paid 43$ for them to pack it , not even that was refunded . Avoid this location .”package was lost as soon as it entered the truck the same day” A big package 50lbs was lost & they are not being responsible or returning my item . - Reviews are to warn people about irresponsible business . No refunds for a “packing & securing” service that was completely useless within 8 Hrs .

    This place has great customer service, tried printing a document at staples and had to walk out because of how horrible the customer service was and this was a fresh of breath air

    Lookout for shady business practices. I prepaid for a package online. My husband and I measured the dimensions twice, they were EXACTLY 42 x 39 x 4 inches. When he brought in the package, an employee measured the package and accepted it then gave him a receipt. Days after the package was delivered I got an email notification from UPS stating there was an additional $273.70 surcharge. They added an extra inch on the length and width after the fact, which put the package into the next size and price bracket. When I called the customer service number provided in the email, the rep told me I needed to go to the location and they could handle it there. When I got the manager of the location on the phone while talking to customer service he told the rep he couldn't do anything since I paid for the package online. The rep on the phone then told me to email customer service to make a claim. When I emailed customer service, they told me email was no longer a valid way to make a claim and to call the customer service number. This feels like a deliberate way to scam customers out of money, and it starts in the store.
