  This review is for an experience last year. Pat the printing clerk flat out lied to us saying our print job would not be possible and refused us service until we got management involved. From the moment we began our interaction, he responded with nothing but hostility. He did not treat us as the paying business that we are. Coming from a customer service background, I never imagine to treat anybody as poorly as we were treated by Pat. We were discriminated against and we have not supported this location again following this incident.

  In there 3 minutes and came across 3 miserable women who couldn't want to be there less. They were on a mission to make it the most unwelcoming environment possible. I was just trying to return an Amazon package lmao!! Use your words to communicate next time, not just saying "copy print center" like youre Tarzan maybe say "Amazon returns are done at the copy print center" so I know what you mean, and then instead of just saying "receipt" and walking away to continue your conversation with your coworker before you turn back around and go "oh, youre done" maybe try "that's it, heres your receipt" lol so the customer can actually know theyre done? And this was two different people! prayers bc yall need it badly Edit to add: It was 2:30 PM and the place was DEAD. No reason for the attitude.

  Great for large prints! They have a 36 inch printer.
