- TTTW5 days ago5.0Easy access off I30 and Cockrell Hill on north side of freeway. It's not right on the I-30 service road, you have to enter from Cockrell Hill Rd. This is not a busy store, so it is easier to get in and out quickly here.

She spared no effort in ensuring we got the best deal on the best products. We are very appreciative of her work and would definitely shop at this store again. The store gets 4.5 stars as the chairs should have been labeled with the correct product information and price. The follow up service we received was also top notch!

Got bounced back and forth with UPS and Staples trying to get it found. Still no luck. Shows label made and then disappeared. UPS is less than a mile away from this location too
- IGIrais GallegosOct 16, 20251.0Whoever the man on October 16th around 11 am was assisting the printing area should not be working a customer service job if you’re not willing to help people, very rude couldn’t even assist a customer who was in front of me who spoke Spanish and when I needed assistance printing a large file his attitude was very dry as if he was not there to do that very job, was my first and last time attending this staples location, this man needs to go work a warehouse job where no customers are to be assisted, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE so agrevated I am sitting outside as I write this review
