I saw this couple who had tape so I thought I just needed to ask. When me and my brother asked the cashier who had tape In front of him just sitting there, if we could borrow it he said “no this is my tape you have to go buy one in a rude tone”. He also said some other stuff but by that point I was pissed due to how he talked to my younger brother. I didn’t argue just gave my card to my brother to purchase the clear tape, and send the package. If this is how there employees talk to people I do not want to come here again. There are much nicer ways to say no. Hated the rude tone the cashier gave and won’t be coming here again.

Now I have to wait 3 to 4 business days during the holiday. Season to get my money back. This is terrible customer service and reminds me why I don’t come here.

Amazon mistakenly delivered my package to Burlington, and Larry made sure it was retrieved and kept safe until I was back in the store!! 5 stars all around!!!

She spared no effort in ensuring we got the best deal on the best products. We are very appreciative of her work and would definitely shop at this store again. The store gets 4.5 stars as the chairs should have been labeled with the correct product information and price. The follow up service we received was also top notch!
