- JBJoel BaidyaOct 29, 20251.0I was contacted by several Robert Half recruiters and we went over several job opportunities and roles. I was contacted by three Robert Half recruiters and all three ghosted me. I attempted to contact the recruiters and no one picks up. I left several voice mails for a follow up and I did not receive any responses or call backs. If this is how Robert Half continues to treat people looking for employment then they have to do better, because I feel that their recruiters are useless and just ghosts qualified candidates without any explanations.

I am highly disappointed in the service that I have received or should I say have not received. In the past Robert Half has always been helpful. Now, there is no help at all.

It’s disappointing, especially from a company like Robert Half, which is known for helping people find employment. Many candidates are actively searching for work, and clear communication is essential!!especially when livelihoods are at stake! A lack of follow-up or updates can be frustrating and discouraging. I hope Robert Half takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving communication with job seekers in the future.

Took a week to schedule an interview with J.Daily, after that I was offered the position. Signed my background paperwork and recieved a call to let me know I would be starting ASAP. The following day I recieved and additional call from a different recruiter Melat stating that my resume will need to be reviewed by the branch manager. I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE ABOUT THE POSITION I WAS OFFERED! Instead 3 weeks later a new recruiter called with a different position. BEWARE OF RECRUITER MELAT. She is the definition of bad business.
