  I was contacted by several Robert Half recruiters and we went over several job opportunities and roles. I was contacted by three Robert Half recruiters and all three ghosted me. I attempted to contact the recruiters and no one picks up. I left several voice mails for a follow up and I did not receive any responses or call backs. If this is how Robert Half continues to treat people looking for employment then they have to do better, because I feel that their recruiters are useless and just ghosts qualified candidates without any explanations.

  Over the past month I have emailed and called two different representatives with no return call or email. I am highly disappointed in the service that I have received or should I say have not received. In the past Robert Half has always been helpful. Now, there is no help at all.

  I was contacted by Morgan Woolson regarding a job opportunity and followed up to express my interest, but unfortunately, I never received a response. It’s disappointing, especially from a company like Robert Half, which is known for helping people find employment. Many candidates are actively searching for work, and clear communication is essential!!especially when livelihoods are at stake! A lack of follow-up or updates can be frustrating and discouraging. I hope Robert Half takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving communication with job seekers in the future.

  If I could give a zero for communication I would. Working with Robert Half has been a horrible, disappointing experience. Unfortunately, you may never get a response about a posting you're interested in, even if you work directly with someone on their staff. There needs to be more communication once you are submitted for a role, they like to say IF you don't hear from them, but that's not an if – you won't hear from the recruiter you are working with if the client passes on your profile. You may not hear from them again unless they have another role to share. Also, be prepared to be ignored or avoided when trying to get ahold of your contact by phone or email. Searching for a job in this current market is stressful, but working with this company makes it even worse. I always recommended RH to people who needed work but after months of getting the runaround and being ghosted after already expressing my concerns about my experience with someone directly, never again. Update: was told to call their feedback line on this review and no one bothered to answer the phone. I won’t be leaving a message, this just reaffirmed that RH is a horrible agency to work with and they don’t care about helping job seekers. Most of their recruiters are unresponsive and just looking to add you to the list of applicants they reached out to (but didn’t actually assist).

  When you’re searching for you next direct me placement recruiters, please give John Burch a call and request for his help. He is honest, efficient, will call you back. I love how he is respectful of his clients to give the a response good or bad! He handles himself with care and determination!! Try him please!!!
