- DTDiamond ThompsonDec 12, 20251.0I have now visited this location twice, and both times the service has been unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I came in to print labels using my own paper, and when I asked for the price, the employee had to leave to ask someone else. I asked again before she started printing, and she told me she would let me know after the job was finished. She then went back a second time to get a price. This is not transparent business practice. The overcharging is obvious, and the rude behavior makes it even worse. I strongly urge others to avoid this place entirely. Spare yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that values honesty and basic professionalism.

I try to use small businesses but when service is sub par, I take my business to a professional operation with proper staffing and better facilities. I get that finding people is tough and you have to take whoever these days but a little supervision may help this business out.

Using this service, and being able to actually see what type of mail's come in, or have it scanned, has been so convenient for me. It's also nice to have an address that people can send things to and always have it get to me. The cost is very reasonable for the service, and the requests to shred junk mail, or scan non-junk mail are always fulfilled promptly.

I just left a UPS store location on Cedar Springs where all my packages and mail were stolen. Hopefully this will be a better experience.
