    Do not ever consider doing business with Konica Minolta! I wish I can give 0 stars but it won't let me post a review. The most horrific customer service in the United States of America. In their case, customer has no importance whatsoever. Actually, they might treat you like a human until you sign a contract. Once you sign it, you are done. You will not be able to reach anyone for help or support except a finance company they work with to pay a bill. I signed a first contract with them in 2019 and promised to myself I will never sign one again. However, Hunter Pannell kept reaching out. He seemed decent until I signed the contract. I agreed with him on the rate and did not read the contract. Contract showed something else. There was a a lack of communication from him or his boss, Mattthew Dowling after I signed a contract. After one month of e-mailing back and forth, I was directed to a customer care since he said my issue was around the lease. Nobody was able to help me at customer care. Everyone kept saying that I signed the contract. You do not sell and negotiate one thing and put something else in the contract! I also found out today that they did not cancel my old contract. They picked up the machine and luckily I have a proof but never canceled the old lease. My next step will be hiring a lawyer who can help stop these guys from providing the worst customer service care I have witnessed in my 25 years of residence in Dallas. Stay away from Konica Minolta if you want to stay sane!

    We purchased new copier C250i and then it has not been setting up over the two weeks. Technician did not show up even we had setup schedule. Horrible.
