My recruiter and account manager both check in regularly to see how my assignment is going and ask whether I'm still happy in my position, something no other agency has once asked me in 25 years of contract work. And none of it sounds scripted or compulsory. I also get nice texts around birthdays and holidays, and none of it is automated. Real people are reaching out and checking on me. That's just exceptional. My only gripe is a small one. During onboarding, there was a form I was suppose to fill out, and the onboarding contact assigned to me attached someone else's offer letter instead of the proper form. Mistakes are made, no one's perfect, it's not a big deal. The part that irked me is that I couldn't reach my onboarding contact via phone or email for days. I sent emails, called and left VMs, and never once heard back. The issue got corrected without a word from that person. And I'm to understand that person might have been overwhelmed—assigned just too many people to onboard at once. So, I'm hoping that kink gets worked out. Ultimately, though, it didn't slow down my process, it was just a little hiccup. I've worked with a lot of agencies in over two decades, and Insight Global has honestly been the best experience out of all of them. They just do things better and behave like real people with empathy. Highly recommend them.
