- BSBrett SnyderMar 23, 20235.0I use this location for my small business. It's walking distance from the building I work in, so it's super convenient. I normally swing by after dropping my smaller packages off with USPS. I don't do anything complicated...all of my packages are prepacked and have a pre-paid label, so all I have to do is drop the package off for an acceptance scan. Very simple, but I've never had any issues with this location. All of my packages have been accepted and I haven't had any lost packages to my customers, which is the most important part. I'll continue to use this location.
- ECEduardo CastroAug 3, 20181.0The manager was very rude. I was in a hurry to print a document and he purposely took his time knowing that I had to be somewhere to submit that printed document. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
- EPElena PetukhovaOct 4, 20161.0The same guy named Lawrence simply refused to help me generate 2 prepaid Fedex envelopes. "We don't do prepaid envelopes" - he said to me. When I pointed out that I use prepaid fedex envelopes about twice a month, he simply repeated "WE don't do prepaid envelopes." I guess this location has very selective service. Never again.
