  First of all the man on the phone was rude from the get go. Would not listen to what i was saying and said “ your the only one that can fix it”. I know that sir but you aren’t listening to what I’m saying. Just very rude and overall no help at all.

  ALERT: I’ve never seen this bf but this FEDEX location (inside a hotel) charges a $25 fee just to accept your shipment in addition to the shipping charges. Same for picking up an item at this location (charges vary). The clerk said the hotel charges this fee but the fee schedule is on a FedEx sign post prominently at the registers.
