    Was quoted for $400 for a print job. After waiting over an hour for the job to be completed, was told that the total was actually going to be $800 due to a quoting error. Asked them to honor the original quote and the lead consultant named Janae rudely refused and told us that we could either pay $800 or if we waited until tomorrow to pick up the x100 prints that were already completed in front of us, we could pay $600 but that they would not honor the $400 originally quoted. Extremely unpleasant customer service experience and very off-brand from the great level service I've previously experienced at other Fedex print centers. Do not recommend this location.

    On August 22, 2025, I visited one of your locations to ship sensitive documents for my employer using the overnight option. Unfortunately, the in-store representative entered the wrong delivery address. Despite this error being on FedEx’s part, I was informed that the address could not be corrected, and instead of the documents being delivered as scheduled on August 23, 2025, the only resolution offered was to have the package returned to our business. To make matters worse, I was told we would be required to reship the documents and pay an additional fee. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional—especially considering this is a business account and the shipment contained time-sensitive materials. FedEx’s inability to correct an error made by its own staff has caused unnecessary delays, inconvenience, and potential risk to my employer. future. FedEx dropped the ball on this shipment, and I urge you to take corrective action. Please provide a prompt response with a clear resolution. 8/27/2025
