  This was my first time sending my daughter’s artwork to an art competition, so I felt a little overwhelmed and unsure about the sizing, packaging, and shipping process. When I visited the FedEx location, Eben kindly stepped in and guided me through everything from start to finish. She carefully helped me choose the right packaging to protect the artwork and made sure it was prepared properly for shipment. There were also certain parts of the process that couldn’t be handled directly at FedEx, but she explained everything clearly and warmly so I would know exactly what to do next. Thanks to Eben’s patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help, the entire process felt smooth and stress-free. As a parent sending something so meaningful for the first time, her support truly meant a lot to me. I’m very grateful for her excellent customer service and hope she receives the recognition she truly deserves.

  I went in for a print job & waited in line for 15+ minutes. Ignored by staff who were doing nothing. Eventually, I walked out. They could care less about their customers. Last time I walk into that location.

  Eben has been SO helpful for all of my company’s print jobs! Our office is around the corner so we come here often and she gives me excellent service every time.
