    This was one of the best experiences I had at a Fedex/Kinkos. Daylene was so helpful and accommodating. She takes pride in each job and picked up things I did not see.

    Told me they couldn't print the same file I have had printed at this location numerous times in the past. Staff is extraordinarily passive aggressive, and the neighborhood smells like pee.

    I had the pleasure of meeting a sweet professional today She immediately acknowledged my presence when I walk through the door she greeted me and she asked how may I help you with a smile I did have a little issue so it took us a while but she was very helpful and very patient and to get that great customer service at 8:00 in the morning I just loved it So KUDOS TO MS JONETTA for your customer service and making my day a pleasant one I was 100% satisfied

    Had three things to bind. They did the wrong covers on all three, even after written instructions. She threw something in the box, and I thought it was a coupon, but it was just a flyer advertising "Print Preferred" membership. No deductions for the error. They're probably OK for the simple stuff, but anything with more than three steps should be taken elsewhere.
