She brought her tracking number and a valid photo ID, but the employee told her she needed to bring a utility bill in her name “by law” before she could receive it. This requirement was never communicated beforehand, and she has never been asked to provide a bill to pick up a package before. On top of that, the employee snatched the package away while explaining it, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, the situation could have been handled much better. Clear communication and respectful customer service would have made a big difference. Vanessa and Michael shame on you.
