  AMAZING SERVICE!!!! On Friday, 11/7, I came to the Tollway & Frankford FedEx location to send out some packages for work. I was assisted by the most amazing young lady named Vanessa. She was a breath of fresh air and made me feel like family. It was the kind of experience that you have to share with the world! I hope this store appreciates her invaluable customer service acumen. Thank you! 😊

  Customer service? Never heard of her. Showed up to drop off a TikTok return that clearly said no box, no label, no problem. Kiosk says “seek employee assistance” — three employees standing around like mannequins. Had to interrupt their social hour to get any help. The trainee was lost, and the senior “expert” moved like she was allergic to effort. She argued that I needed to pack the box myself (newsflash: that’s literally your job), then taped it shut like she was doing me a royal favor. FedEx, if you’re wondering where your reputation goes to die, it’s at this location.

  I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience with shipping than this. Day after day, my order was set to arrive and day after day, it did not arrive. I finally started calling FedEx to find out where my order was. I was told it had been delivery attempt and had been taken back. However, the package instructions stated to leave at the door. Concerned the package might be too heavy, I took off work several days for the package. I kept receiving conflicting information. Finally, it was discovered, the package was not even on the truck for the delivery attempts to be made. I contacted Walmart for a refund. I was told I had to wait until the next day. I was then told I had to wait 48 hours. The initial response I received was that I’d receive a full refund and not have to return the item. 48 hours later, after finally receiving my package over 5 days late, I was told I needed to return the open taped up box somehow. I will be shopping elsewhere. I usually don’t shop with Walmart but thought I’d give them a try, now I remember why I stopped.
