  Absolutely phenomenal. I needed a study guide bound— Terese is wonderful — managed to bind the study guide while helping 6 other customers. All with a smile. Fast, excellent service.

  The poor excuse for a manager was extremely rude to me. She wouldn't release package because even though the address on my package matched the address on my ID card (which is what FedEx phone system says is the requirement), the name was different. When FedEx delivers to our apartment, they always put it in the wrong locker and we cannot get it out which is why I sent it to their office instead. Last time, they put my partner's enteral feeding supplies into a random locker and he went hungry for a day. Once we had it re-shipped, FedEx took it took the wrong floor! It's not that difficult! FedEx, why must you abuse your customers in this manner? We're disabled, and we just want our packages. Are you incapable of bringing a box to someone's door?

  I have been using this FEDEX location for a few years. I typically drop off my FEDEX Ground shipments at this location because it is on my way home. The staff here are exceptional! The office manager Miranda is the best. Miranda ( the office manager I think) is very cheerful and helpful and answers all my questions I have on occasion for international shipments. Chris also is very helpful and very helpful ( he's going to go far). Miranda is a pleasure to work with and I always look forward to ending my business day by coming to drop off my shipments here and being greeted by Miranda and her team in a most pleasant way. Well done FEDEX for having Miranda and Chris at this location.
