I've always had bad experiences at this particular FedEx but this one made me feel compelled to write a review and hopefully it get's some action taken. After dealing with the fedex automated system for 10 minutes, I finally got through to this location and the attendant was super rude. She didn't listen to my simple printing question and immediately transferred me to customer service who said that it's a store specific question. FedEx can do better.
