  Good service but the hours SUCK!!! If the people who work there want to have a 9-5 job (aka bankers’ hours), go get a job at a BANK! Seriously how am I supposed to be able to do ANY type of business when your store closes at 6 PM every day? Extend/improve your store hours and I’ll give you a better rating.

  If you have a package to send...USE THIS LOCATION! Jewel and Victor have you covered, they are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and will be happy to advise you on pricing, timing and packing! I sent approximately 36 boxes, some needed extra wrapping as they were extremely fragile, all arrived timely and in one piece! Angela, the manager leads by example, no wonder everybody smiles at this store location! She greets every client with a smile. When 2 of my packages were photographed at the wrong delivery location...Angela was on it, she literally picked up the phone and called the hub in that area and tracked the packages down instantly! This team renews my confidence that there are people who do get up, dress up and show up! Thanks TEAM!

  Best Fedex in Dallas, the employees take car of your package with high dedication and care. Came by with a package where the original package was thorwn away off, but Victor packed wrapped and sealed it is ive it was never opened with bubble wrap and everything... not all heroes were capes!

  Terrible. The assistant did not mention the fact that the normal printing is down and referred me to the rental work station. Not only I was charged .30 per minute, but a black and white copy costs .50. Total rip-off. UPDATE: Originally I rated as 1 star. A couple of days later I talked to the store manager. She is really nice and apologetic. She promised to better train staff and also refunded my money. I was quite impressed. Now I am giving it 3 stars. Still lots of room to improve, but I felt the manager made things right for me, so it does not deserve 1 star that I originally gave.
