To avoid any issues, I paid extra to have the item professionally packaged, marked as fragile, and fully insured. Despite this, the package arrived completely broken. The buyer sent photos clearly showing the damage. When I filed a claim, FedEx denied it, stating they could not verify the item’s value because I didn’t have the original purchase receipt. I bought the tea set at an estate sale over a year ago, so no receipt exists. I provided the eBay listing showing the sale price, but they refused to accept it. As a result, I’m out both the money and the tea set—even after paying for packing, fragile handling, and insurance. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay extra for protection and then be denied coverage when FedEx failed at the most basic part of their service: delivering items intact.

I often use FEDEX office because my printer at home doesn't always function. Because I'm all over the country, I've been to FEDEX locations in various states. I can say with confidence that this location offers great customer service!
