Nakita is a very rude person. There was a line and he stood in the back looking at his phone. Finally he shuffled up to the counter and mumbled next in line. Very unprofessional interaction with customers and doesnt seem like he wants to be there. Im sure there's someone out there looking for a job that would better represent your company.

Very disappointing experience. We came in to print items for our baby shower and were told by an employee named Collin that we were “better off going online,” after which he completely disengaged. When we explained we were having trouble, his response was just “aww man,” without offering help or even looking up from his screen. He appeared to be management, which made the lack of customer service even more frustrating. This is not the level of service I expect from FedEx and explains the low rating for this location.
