    Cuando me llegue el paquete y esté todo correctamente le daré 5 estrellas, el pedido estaba estipulado para el miércoles 10 de noviembre, estamos a 19 y el paquete aún no llega, si según ya está ahí, por qué no lo entregan?

    I was told by a person at Fed Ex, since I was sending 2 suitcases to London, to try DHL. I was lucky enough to have met Tyson at the store in Skillman. Tyson was so precious! He was friendly, helped with my bags, talked to my grand daughter and very thorough. I’m a bit of a dinosaur on the computer and he was so great with that. I wish every store had an employee as great as Tyson was. He made my day!

    Trash. Complete trash. Waste of time. They will not pick up the phone. You have to go in person just to get told different information just because they won’t pick up the phone. Drivers are lazy and will have any excuse yo not deliver a package. This was my 1st time using DHL. Never will do it again. Atleast the customer service reps overseas are nice
