- IMIvan Madrid2 days ago1.0They gave my package the have two new iPhones to someone else they told me some one pick my package in the morning they received at 11:14 and at 11:15 someone pick it up I ask to see the surveillance cameras but say no until next day and told me they are no responsible for nothing.

Every time I walk in, she’s already two steps ahead — organized, quick, and somehow managing the line while still treating everyone like they’re the only customer in the room. She helped me sort out a complicated return that I was honestly dreading. Instead of making it stressful, she broke everything down, explained my options, and had the whole thing handled in minutes. You can tell she actually cares about doing things right, and she does it with this calm, unbothered confidence that makes the whole store run smoother. Plus, she’s got that perfect mix of professionalism and humor — the kind of energy that makes errands feel less like chores. If every UPS location had an Aravelle, the world would be a much happier place. Highly recommend stopping by this location if you want things done fast, correctly, and with zero attitude. She’s a gem.
