Been waiting for my packages to be shipped to Michigan for over 3 weeks, packages haven't moved and the amount of 1 star reviews shows the lack of professionalism at this particular post office

I will preface this by saying our regular postal carrier of many years is GREAT. Now to the bad news...
Received notification that this gift was being delivered on Saturday so we watched out. Saw the USPS driver pull up and deliver at our gate, I immediately put my shoes on, grabbed a jacket, went out and got it. The package was ripped wide open, the shoe box was opened and one of the shoes was missing the insert. Glad they didn't fit so dad could have a Merry Christmas.

This is the worst USPS service I have ever encountered in decades.
I was notified that my car registration sticker had been delivered by USPS, and it can not be found in my mailbox. The same incident happened three years ago where I had to travel to the DMV to pay for another sticker.
Whether it is due to negligent and misplaced our mails, or theft, this is unacceptable.
