They seem to enjoy being crap human beings and treating the customers just how they feel. If you have an appointment, get ready to wait for who knows how long. I cant imagine being a human being and treating others like they treat you here. Also, service is so slow. You'd think if you hate your job you'd do it faster so you don't have to deal with people longer than you have to. Edit: we had an appointment. Dude wasn't even available. We have been waiting for over 30 minutes. No show. Waiting for 6 weeks to have this appointment.
