This is the worst USPS service I have ever encountered in decades. I was notified that my car registration sticker had been delivered by USPS, and it can not be found in my mailbox. The same incident happened three years ago where I had to travel to the DMV to pay for another sticker. Whether it is due to negligent and misplaced our mails, or theft, this is unacceptable.

I stopped by to ask a simple question, and the person at the front desk had a very bad attitude and treated me disrespectfully. When I asked why he was acting that way, instead of giving a straightforward explanation, he responded in a rude and unnecessary manner. A simple, polite answer would have been enough. It felt like he really hated his job. This happened on November 8th at around 9:40 AM.

I have never received better service at a post office! Javier at the passport desk on Spring Cypress went above and beyond to help me. I came in completely stressed out after realizing I had paid an unnecessary online company to “expedite” my passport, and Javier immediately jumped into action. He calmly explained how to get my money back, handled everything right there on the spot, and made sure every single detail of my passport application was correct. His kindness, patience, and professionalism turned what could’ve been a nightmare into an easy, stress-free experience. Truly outstanding service — thank you, Javier!

Can't deliver anything certified. Especially when they say they tried. We were outside all day. Nobody showed up. I checked the cameras. No USPS truck came down our street all day. I set for a new delivery a week in advance.... Today it is supposed to be delivered. No mail yet and tracking shows it's still at the post office. No wonder they are going bankrupt. They can't do the job they are paid. Let alone. Certified mail..... Whole post office should be shutdown. Amazon, FedEx and UPS don't have this problem to this extent.

Whoever is working passport duty, he’s is extremely rude and has a nasty attitude. Maybe it’s because he’s partially balding but if you hate your job you should find a new one <3
