    I have had an alarming number of packages go missing when dropped off here over the last few months. They get scanned as "customer dropped off package" and then that's the end of the tracking. Packages disappear. I wasn't fond of this location previously due to awful customer service and long wait times but I put up with it due to convenient location. Guess that's not good enough. I need my packages to actually be sent as I've paid for them to be.

    This UPS Store has gone downhill. The old staff used to be great—professional, quick, and very nice. Unfortunately, the new staff are the complete opposite. They are rude, unhelpful, and even tried to charge me extra for a service that is supposed to be free. It feels like they’re scamming customers. I will not be coming back to this location again.
