    On more than one occasion I have visited this location during posted business hours and they have been closed. The lights were one and clearly there were people inside but the doors were locked.

    Do not return your Amazon packages here. They charge you extra money for that, which I'm not sure is in accordance with Amazon guidance. I went and saw that they charged a guy $2/package. Then it was my turn. I had two packages with one QR code. The woman at the counter said it would be a $2 fee to tape the packages together. I said 'ok'. Then the manager told her it was $5, so she relayed to me that it was $5. I argued that she just told me that it was $2, but they wouldn't change. So I took my packages back and returned it at the UPS store in Fairfield - which is a MUCH better (and honest) store.

    I went today to ship a return package to Amazon. The lady at the counter was extremely discourteous. Instead of politely explaining that the Amazon server was down, she rudely said, “Can you not see what we have posted outside?” in a demeaning tone. Customer service requires basic courtesy, regardless of how many signs are posted. This kind of behavior explains why this store has such a low rating (2.8 stars). UPS seriously needs to train their counter assistants on professionalism, communication skills, and respectful customer interaction.

    Just came from this location. I had a package, and a letter. The woman working there wouldn’t let me buy a single postage stamp. I was told I had to buy a whole roll!!! This has never happened to me. I went to a different store, and they allowed me to buy a single stamp! No wonder y’all’s ratings are so low!!! Do better!!!!
