  Normally this place, and workers are great. I did have an experience my last visit where I was only dropping a box for them to stage for FedEx. A very rude worker was acting very aggressive going on about how since the box was over wait ( I'm 65 and carried it in) and should charge me extra. I replied that the RMA was pre-paid, and weight was already accounted for. Then he very rudely told me that if I didn't cooperate he would refuse my business? Was he trying to get paid extra under the table?? I am a Veteran with clothing displaying that I was, fortunately I am a very easy going person because he was definitely trying hard to get me to show some sort of response that he could use to then refuse me service, even though he was not actually providing any since I was only setting a box down where it would set waiting for the FedEx truck that had just pulled up outside. I will say that it is possible that his nationality was cousing him some feelings of discrimination against me.

  I always come to this UPS location for multiple reasons, but today I was treated terribly. The girl, Aravelle, had a very unfriendly and rude attitude. She never spoke to me, never looked at me, and threw things around. That's not customer service.
