- MMMaria Martinez4 days ago1.0I always come to this UPS location for multiple reasons, but today I was treated terribly. The girl, Aravelle, had a very unfriendly and rude attitude. She never spoke to me, never looked at me, and threw things around. That's not customer service.

The poorly trained staff made me pay before even taking the photo to be able to see if the lighting was okay, and used a dirty piece of styrofoam as background. I had to beg them for a refund because the picture they took had really horrible lighting (could barely see my eyes and it looked like there was a dark brown filter over it). The post office wouldn't accept the photo. Rashida from UPS had horrible manners and kept arguing with me about why I didn't ask for a retake instead. Why are they upset that I didn't ask for a retake, instead of why their staff took the picture poorly with no lighting... she argued with me all the way out the door. This isn't the first time Rashida has had a horrible attitude with me at this location. After I finally got my refund I went straight to, Walgreens, where they took my passport photo instead and it was done perfectly the first time.
