After scanning one of the items, the young female employee helping me quickly closed the package. I told her there was another item inside that also needed to be scanned, but she responded in a very rude tone, saying I should have packaged the items separately. She then opened the package, took out the second item, repeated the same comment again in a rude tone, and nearly threw the item onto the desk. I I understand she may have been frustrated, but the way she treated a customer was completely unacceptable. I’ve been coming to this UPS location for a long time, and I know she’s a new employee but if she’s already behaving this way, she definitely needs to be retrained in proper customer service.

I questioned her “about $30?” Because that was not an acceptable nor accurate response. She proceeded to take measurements and said that she was way off. It was now $83. I grabbed my box and walked straight out. Never going back to this store.
