    Customer Service people work here talks to customer like they owns the Store. Not willing to listen whats the person trying to explain..Terrible Customer service. No Ups or Kohls near for returning amazon stuff otherwise would never go to this UPS. 🤬

    Wish I could’ve gave 0 stars! The manager and entire staff are rude, disrespectful, and no help to customers! Also the store is very smelly needs to be cleaned and sanitized

    Terrible services. They guy that claims that is the manager need to get a customer service class. Was trying to get a package and started saying he couldn’t find it. me looking at my phone said somebody stole it. Tell me why this old man stared going off on me in front of people telling why I’m telling him that and I specifically told him I didn’t say that to him or to anybody at the store he even said I call him stupid and I’m like really did you hear me calling you that. So I just walked away even asked for his name and didn’t even want to give it to me. I contact Nike customer service and this is what they say.

    Zero stars if I could. The customer service at this location is absolutely appalling. I came in simply needing to drop off a pre-paid return, and the employee at the counter acted like I was personally inconveniencing them by walking through the door. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely annoyed when I asked a simple question about the drop-off process. A total lack of professionalism. I will go out of my way to use a different drop-off location next time.

    Terrible service!! The manager may know a bunch of things but definitely Customer service is not his area!!! He said that he was going to take my package and not mail since it was not all covered in tape (it was an envelope size)... basically STEALING my package!! Don't go there if the blond/ white guy is there... he treats his customers like trash and a lot of people say the same! I was able to send my UPS package a block away!! No one deserves that kind of treatment! I've already sent an email through the UPS complaint portal... Hopefully they realize that after so many people being treated soooo bad by the same guy.... it's time to do something!!!
