  Rude and loud black female employee, Slamming my returns on the counter. She has an attitude problem, can’t ask them any questions without them being rude. the same employee who does her job like she doesn’t want to work, it’s the same employee who would chat with other coworkers, singing out loud being disruptive the last couple of times I visited this store. Lousy service. I won’t be coming back to this location anymore since nothing has changed with its customer service. So I have found another location! The ups store employees in Elyson location would never intentionally drive away a customer . This establishment has a lot of issues with management. Poorly run ups store .

  They take my returns and are usually nice. I think people need to temper their expectations of public workers a little, they're human too.

  I would give a 0 star if available. We were at the store with an Amazon big box to return. The box had a return label on it that I printed from Amazon. The owner of the store Hatim Amiji, a rude old man told me « u need to wait for a label provided by seller". We already had that label, he refused to scan the label and refused to take the box when we had the right label on it. Very rude and not helpful. Business should be closed. Also Hatim said « it says in plain English that seller will provide label", I had the label from seller printed and that man just didn't want to listen nor scan the label to check that we had the right label.

  Blake (the large white male with thinning hair) screamed at me because I tried to unlock the side door because people were trying to cram in between the single door. He yelled at me like a child in front of a full store. He is completely disrespectful and disgusting. I could understand if someone had simply told me that they must keep that door locked, however he screamed “MA’AM, DO NOT UNLOCK THAT DOOR”. I’ve been to this location multiple times and he proves to be the most rude employee there. I hope something is done about him because all the poor reviews I’ve read are about him.

  We had Wills that needed notarizing and we searched everywhere. Finally found that UPS notary services handled this service. In the 20 minutes we were there, there were probably 40-50 customers that came in. The staff was kind, patient and understanding but checked everyone out very quickly. Very impressive. They did a great job. Our Notary Stephen Blake Pollock was very nice and did a great job. He made the process so easy for us.
